Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of ANG IPO, ensuring the command collateral security program complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets the needs of ANG Wing and unit commands and members.
• Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and protection objectives.
• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
• Plans and schedules work effectively and efficiently.
• Assigns work to subordinate employees based on organization priorities and consideration of difficulty and requirements of assignments such that the experience, training, and abilities of staff are effectively utilized to meet organizational and customer needs.
• Serves as the Branch Chief for NGB A2/6S Compliance and Training Branch and is the SME on core processes and procedures for PERSEC, PHYSEC, INDUSEC, INFOSEC and SCI Cybersecurity.
• Advises leadership on oversight and administration of the Compliance and Training Branch for collateral and SCI security programs.
• Interfaces with national intelligence and security agencies and interagency partners on information protection issues.
