Job summary

Motive seeks a Senior Security Technical Program Manager to drive the Security & Privacy Roadmap, collaborate with Security, Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, and business partners, and deliver measurable risk reductions and shipped outcomes.

You’ll lead quarterly security planning, coordinate cross-functional work, and produce board-ready updates that clearly explain risk, progress, and investments. A hands-on, executive‑macing program leader is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex technical programs in security, privacy or risk management.
• Experience delivering multi-team programs across engineering and business functions.
• Strong program-management fundamentals and outcome-based reporting.
• Ability to translate security concepts into business impact for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap execution for integrated Security & Privacy initiatives from intake to delivery.
• Drive cross-functional risk-reduction programs with measurable outcomes.
• Lead quarterly planning, capacity discussions, and trade-off decisions.
• Maintain concise plans, RAID logs, decision records, and dashboards.
• Develop board-ready narratives with evidence-based progress updates.
• Foster alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
