GSA, Office of Mission Assurance seeks a Supervisory Security Specialist to act as the primary technical advisor on personnel security policies and program guidance in Washington, DC. You will lead investigations, adjudicate background checks, and oversee Continuous Vetting and RapBack for all personnel.

The role requires evaluating risk, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving policy improvements while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Telework eligibility is available.

Qualifikationen

• Requires SME on agency personnel security policies and program guidance.
• Experience leading investigations and adjudication in security contexts.
• Ability to analyze legislation, directives, and SOPs to drive policy and workflow improvements.

• Serves as SME on agency personnel security policies.
• Analyzes federal guidance to formulate SOPs and lead initiatives.
• Reviews complex security cases and determines risk and eligibility.
• Manages and adjudicates background investigations and prepares memos.
• Leads background investigations and Trusted Workforce implementation.
• Maintains RapBack and Continuous Vetting enrollment for all personnel.
