Marksman is looking to hire Security Officer Supervisors on all shifts for a new high-end entertainment district in Atlanta, Georgia. Ideal candidates will provide exceptional customer service, supervise a team of security officers, and ensure high-quality security services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 years of prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or directly related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Security License if required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Help supervise operations of an assigned client site.
• Manage a team of security officers.
• Handle escalated security issues.
• Develop staff through performance management.
• Conduct training for staff by adhering to Titan’s training standards.
• Maintain access control procedures.
• Monitor security cameras.
• Respond to incidents and conduct general patrols.
