Job summary

Zelis Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst to lead security incidents and strengthen detection and response capabilities. You will perform hands-on forensics and incident analysis while guiding the team and shaping response workflows.

A component focuses on DLP and insider risk initiatives. You will collaborate across IT, cloud, and security teams, mentoring peers, documenting processes, and driving improvements in security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science or related field or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of enterprise level incident handling.
• Ability to collaborate with enterprise teams in cybersecurity context.
• Excellent oral and written communication with process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Triage alerts, investigate activity, lead incident response and containment.
• Collect, clean, and normalize security data and logs.
• Perform digital forensics on hosts and network artifacts.
• Mentor and train newer analysts, share knowledge and run sessions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team on investigations and workflows.
• Act as shift lead, manage workload and on-call responsibilities.
