Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC in Naperville, IL, is seeking a Security Operations Manager who leads and contributes to the organization’s information security operations, owns vulnerability management, and partners with internal teams and external vendors to reduce risk.

You’ll build scalable security processes, mentor staff, manage budgets, and report security metrics to leadership while advancing KeHE’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in information security with at least 3 years in a lead/management role.
• Experience building or maturing security functions.
• CISSP/CISM or equivalent certification, or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations and incident response coordination.
• Own vulnerability scanning, risk assessment and remediation coordination.
• Develop and mature the information security program, policies, and procedures.
• Mentor security staff and manage vendor/MSSP partnerships.
• Produce security metrics and report program updates to leadership.
