Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to join the global SOC. You will monitor, detect and respond to security incidents, hunt for threats, and improve detection capabilities across endpoints, cloud, and identity.

The role requires strong incident response skills and experience with Microsoft Defender and Sentinel within a complex enterprise environment. You will mentor junior analysts and lead regional or global SOC processes, aligning with NIST standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Information Security or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in security operations or related security infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 Defender and Microsoft Sentinel.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage security incidents and requests to SLA guidelines.
• Triage and investigate alerts across endpoints, cloud, identity, email, and network telemetry.
• Lead structured incident response lifecycle: containment, eradication, recovery and evidence preservation.
• Design and tune detection rules and maps to MITRE ATT&CK framework to close gaps.
• Develop and maintain SOAR playbooks to automate incident response.
