Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a security-focused professional to own security accreditation and compliance responsibilities within a federal-facing environment. You will collaborate with business, legal, audit, and engineering teams to implement FedRAMP and DoD SRG aligned controls.

The role requires translating complex security requirements into actionable plans, driving continuous process improvement, and supporting governmental cloud operations across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, accreditation, or related areas.
• Ability to translate between business and technical domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication across leadership levels.
• Experience with security frameworks (FedRAMP, DoD SRG).
• Familiarity with Government Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives across stakeholders to reduce non-compliance risk.
• Support change management with federal authorization bodies.
• Support security pillars in Salesforce Government Cloud environment including monitoring, advisory, incident response, and documentation.
• Consult with business or security stakeholders on information security requirements.
• Create and maintain relationships with business, legal, audit, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Focus on continuous improvement of operational processes and automated functionality.
• Effectively communicate accreditation positions to business stakeholders.
