Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a Security Investigator to support the Security Program and CSO in California. The role focuses on preventing, detecting, investigating fraud and theft across the company and coordinating risk assessments and security audits.

The investigator will lead investigations, prepare detailed reports, and work with Internal Audit, Compliance, HR, Legal to protect the company's interests.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in security.
• Excellent decision-making and analytical skills.
• Able to collect and analyze complex data from diverse sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate a comprehensive program for fraud/theft prevention and investigations.
• Lead investigations and determine if law enforcement escalation is appropriate.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance, HR, Legal to maximize results.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports and presentations with exposure assessments.
• Provide anti-fraud training materials to employees.
• Identify patterns and trends in theft/fraud locally and nationally.
• Perform ongoing risk and threat assessments of facilities.
• Promote collaboration and ethical conduct across the company.
