Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Security Manager to oversee the organization’s industrial, personnel, information, and operational security functions, including the Foreign Disclosure Program led by the Foreign Disclosure Officer. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience or Master's with 8+ years of experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience interpreting DoD security and foreign disclosure directives and policies.
• Hands-on experience with standard Federal Security systems (DISS, MP-ICAM).
• Experience submitting and tracking personnel security actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations for classified and sensitive programs.
• Administer personnel security actions including clearances and access control.
• Maintain compliance with DoD and contract security requirements.
• Manage classified holdings, storage, and destruction with proper accountability.
• Develop, update, and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Deliver security education and training to staff and leadership.
• Coordinate with government security offices and program managers on compliance matters.
• Support incident response and reporting of security violations and incidents.
• Advise leadership on risk mitigation for classified operations.
