Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a seasoned security operations professional to design, implement, and sustain a comprehensive security stack across cloud, endpoints, and networks. You will mentor teams, collaborate with IT and business units, and drive security improvements to protect critical data in SaaS and cloud environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise with SIEM, EDR, AWS and GCP, plus scripting for automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security operations, orchestration, incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
• Strong experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Gurucul) for log analysis, alert correlation, and dashboard creation.
• Develop and maintain SIEM infrastructure, data ingestion, performance optimization and support lifecycle.
• Experience performing security incident investigations and forensic analysis.
• Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK framework and common attack techniques (TTPs).
• Hands-on expertise in Cloud Security, IAM, Network Security, Email Security, DLP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, Design, Implement, and support Jazz Pharmaceuticals Information security stack.
• Mentor Security Engineering and Operation Teams to support network and security infrastructure.
• Lead initiatives to maintain a strong security posture that supports business objectives.
• Deploy and upgrade security technologies and program enhancements where needed.
• Assess threats, vulnerabilities, and risks; monitor external sources for emerging threats.
• Drive automation and orchestration to improve security monitoring and response processes.
• Act as a trusted security advisor during design, development, and testing of solutions.
