Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor of shipping, packaging and industrial supplies, is seeking a Senior Security Engineering Manager to oversee cybersecurity across endpoint, network, and cloud environments from its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will build scalable security programs, guide incident response, and drive automation and risk reduction enterprise-wide.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in large IT environments, hands-on risk management with NIST/ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a large-scale IT environment; cybersecurity-focused experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with risk management frameworks and cybersecurity practices, including NIST, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.
• Strong scripting and automation experience, including Python, PowerShell or Terraform.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
