Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Security Engineering Manager to shape the future of enterprise cybersecurity at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will lead a team of engineers, drive modernization of security technologies, and influence enterprise-wide decisions across NA operations.

This role emphasizes automation, risk management, and strong leadership as we protect our enterprise systems and support strategic technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years in a large-scale IT environment with cybersecurity focus.
• Hands-on with risk management frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
• Strong scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Terraform).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication; able to influence senior leaders.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Position Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a large-scale IT environment; cybersecurity-focused experience preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with risk management frameworks and cybersecurity practices, including NIST, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.
• Strong scripting and automation experience, including Python, PowerShell or Terraform.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
