Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor, is seeking a Senior Security Engineering Manager to shape enterprise cybersecurity across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments. You will lead and develop a team, drive automation initiatives, and influence enterprise-wide security decisions.

You will partner with IT and development teams to embed security into cloud and application workstreams, while advancing risk management practices and threat detection capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS or related field.
• 7+ years in a large-scale IT environment; cybersecurity-focused experience preferred.
• Experience with risk management frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.
• Scripting/automation experience in Python, PowerShell or Terraform.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Minimum Requirements

• Hands-on experience with risk management frameworks and cybersecurity practices, including NIST, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.
• Strong scripting and automation experience, including Python, PowerShell or Terraform.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
