Highmark Health seeks a Senior Security Engineer to join our Enterprise Application Security team and shape how security is built into software from design to production. This high-impact role embeds security across the SDLC, partnering with engineering to shift-left and prevent vulnerabilities.

You will lead guardrails, risk reduction, and automation to scale security for enterprise applications. Ideal candidates will have deep experience in SAST/DAST, security tooling, and enabling developers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information Security preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead build & enforce shift-left security controls across SDLC.
• Automate vulnerability triage, escalation, and reporting.
• Assist with AI governance and secure development practices.
• Provide security guidance and training to engineering teams.
