Prosperity Bank is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to join the technology team in Sugar Land, TX. You will maintain enterprise Windows, Citrix, VMware, and storage environments, while delivering reliable, secure services to end users and applications.
The role emphasizes automation, incident analysis, and documented processes. On-call duties and occasional travel are required to support Disaster Recovery, security, and compliance initiatives across the bank's data centers.
Prosperity Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Will work with the technology team at Prosperity Bank. Will have extensive (and current) experience in Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, and enterprise grade storage technologies. Must work well in a team environment. Will also be part of the overall support team and requires outstanding customer service skills both over the phone and in person. Must approach issues from a scientific point of view, not just guessing or memorization. Be able to automate their way out of problems rather than simply working harder. Should have enough experience to know how to fix problems (due to experience), as well as the wisdom to verify their initial diagnosis, since symptoms can be deceiving. Must have the ability to create correct and repeatable processes. The processes should be able to be followed by other non-experienced team members.
The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only. They are not an exhaustive list of all required responsibilities, duties, and skills. Other duties may be added, or this job description amended at any time.
