Job summary

Coinbase Corporate Security (CorpSec) is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to build and maintain security controls protecting corporate infrastructure, user devices, enterprise applications, and network communications. You will partner with IT and engineering teams to identify risks and ship tailored solutions that keep users secure without friction.

You will design, implement, and maintain security for macOS, Chromebooks, and mobile endpoints; perform security reviews; collaborate across teams

Qualifications

5+ years of security engineering experience, including 2+ years on macOS or similar endpoints.
Proven ability to write production code that supports security.
Experience delivering security projects end-to-end with minimal guidance.
Familiarity with device trust, zero trust, or endpoint security products.
Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight for secure outputs.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain security solutions for macOS, Chromebooks, and mobile endpoints.
Perform security reviews of enterprise systems and software.
Collaborate with partners to integrate endpoint and SaaS security into engineering initiatives.
Identify and close data exfiltration paths from local AI agents on endpoints.
Provide guidance and code review to engineers on CorpSec team.
