Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in building secure, scalable systems.
• Experience with distributed systems security and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of encryption, access control, and modern authentication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Unified Security Strategy: develop and maintain security framework across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Data Encryption: implement end-to-end encryption for data at rest and in transit.
• Access Control: design RBAC and modern authentication across fleet and developer platforms.
• Secure Remote Access: establish auditable access for engineers at customer sites.
• Network Security: harden networking configurations in complex industrial environments.
• IaC Security: audit and secure deployments with Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
• Incident Response: participate in on-call rotations for security outages.
• Compliance & Auditing: ensure enterprise security and safety requirements.
