Metropolis Technologies is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to lead a dedicated security engineering function within Corporate IT and Information Security. You will design and manage a dedicated AWS environment and support OCI, driving enterprise security initiatives across networks and remote access.

The role focuses on implementing zero-trust architectures, vulnerability management, and automation, with collaboration across multiple IT teams to safeguard a growing tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated AWS and cloud security experience.
• Strong networking and network security experience.
• Experience with enterprise identity systems and access management.
• Experience with security engineering infrastructure and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage a dedicated AWS environment for security tooling and operations.
• Support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments as part of enterprise initiatives.
• Lead enterprise network engineering and security initiatives across corporate networks and firewalls.
• Implement and manage VPNs, remote access, WAF technologies, and secure connectivity architectures.
• Drive zero-trust initiatives and enhance network visibility and monitoring.
• Manage identity, access, endpoint, and server security platforms across the enterprise.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code and cloud automation for security operations.
• Execute vulnerability management and infrastructure hardening programs.
• Provide detection engineering and incident response support across security platforms.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT, Network Engineering, Central Cloud Infrastructure, and platform teams.
