Job summary

ASM Research seeks a seasoned Security Engineer to bolster SES across data centers, transitional sites, and cloud environments. The role focuses on maintaining OC FEN infrastructure, lifecycle management, and adherence to internal change and vulnerability processes.

The candidate will document procedures, coordinate changes with senior staff, and ensure security and availability through proactive monitoring and incident prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of security engineering experience.
• US citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide SES support across existing technologies, data centers, transitional locations, and cloud environments.
• Advise on maintenance and engineering of the OC FEN infrastructure and lifecycle management.
• Utilize internal processes and ticketing to identify, prioritize, act on, track, and close requests.
• Document all operating procedures and processes.
• Be available for changes affecting security or availability, including Change Management and Vulnerability Management.
• Obtain approvals from senior engineering and IT security staff before changes.
