Oshi Health is seeking its first dedicated Senior Security Engineer to own the security of our remote, cloud-native healthcare platform. You will shape security architecture, harden identity and secrets management, and embed security into engineering and AI workflows from day one.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in security engineering with cloud security (AWS) experience.
• Hands-on with SAST/DAST, GitHub Advanced Security/CodeQL, secret scanning.
• Strong in IAM including Okta, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, and non-human identities.
• Familiarity with securing AI/LLM and agentic systems.
• Ability to explain tradeoffs to engineers and executives.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA Security Rule, SOC 2, and NIST CSF.
• Proficient in Python and shell scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Own application and product security, threat modeling and secure design reviews.
• Design security architecture for agentic software development lifecycle.
• Build and run non-human identity and secrets management at scale.
• Secure AWS environment end-to-end (IAM, networking, logging, encryption).
• Enforce and tune security tooling (CodeQL, secret scanning, branch protection).
• Review AI and vendor integrations touching PHI for data flows and risk.
• Own vulnerability management and remediation, feed back to development.
• Support HIPAA Security Rule safeguards and detection/response automation.
