Job summary

Jito Labs is seeking a security-minded software engineer to own a broad operational and technical scope in a remote-first team. You’ll report to the Head of Security and help strengthen our postures across the Solana market infrastructure.

Responsibilities include IAM provisioning, security reviews, bug bounty triage, AI security tooling, and supply chain monitoring. A strong background in production software and a passion for security are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record in product security.
• Experience with threat modeling, secure design review, and vulnerability testing.

Responsibilities

• Identity and access management provisioning, lifecycle operations, and monitoring for changes.
• Security reviews across product portfolio: threat modeling, code review, fuzzing, testing.
• Bug bounty triage, remediation tracking, and high-severity escalation.
• AI security research and tooling: adversarial testing frameworks for agent controls.
• Software supply chain monitoring beyond standard CVE scanning.
• External penetration test coordination: scoping, logistics, remediation tracking.
• Compliance documentation and evidence gathering as requirements emerge.
