You will own security tooling, detections, and AI-enabled security workflows, collaborating with product and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, AI security, and security automation to protect cloud environments and SaaS services, with in-office work in SF/NYC and a 25% travel expectation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Security Engineering or related roles.
• Strong software engineering mindset with production-grade tooling experience.
• Proven ability to build internal security solutions and scalable platforms.
• Experience securing AWS/Azure/GCP environments and using cloud-native services.
• Experience with AI to transform security operations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain security platforms, services, APIs, automation, and internal tooling.
• Develop cloud vulnerability management, network security, detection engineering, incident response, and access governance solutions.
• Create detections-as-code and scalable security services to enable fast, secure workflows.
• Leverage AI to accelerate investigations and automate security processes.
