Qualifications

• Software engineering background with production systems experience.
• Full lifecycle of product security: threat modeling, secure design review, whitebox code review, and vulnerability testing.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with a meaningful portion in software engineering before transitioning into security.
• Proficiency in at least one systems/backend language (Rust preferred; Go, C++, or Python also work).
• Experience building security tooling or automation from scratch.
• Experience conducting or leading security reviews on production software systems.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and tooling.
• Genuine interest in AI security with adversarial testing tooling.
• Experience in web3, crypto, or DeFi.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own a broad operational and technical security scope from triaging access requests to security reviews.
• Lead security reviews across product portfolio, including threat modeling and testing.
• Coordinate day-to-day bug bounty operations and remediation tracking.
• Develop AI security tooling and adversarial testing frameworks.
• Monitor software supply chain for malicious packages beyond CVE scanning.
• Coordinate external penetration tests and post-engagement remediations.
• Compile compliance documentation and evidence as requirements emerge.
