Job summary

White Pine Innovations, part of the Seneca Nation Group portfolio, seeks a Multi-Competency Security Cooperation (SC) Instructor to support the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) on site in the NCR. The contractor will provide qualified support to research-based missions and training programs focused on SC strategy, policy, and planning.

The role requires strong teaching experience in the Security Cooperation environment, collaboration with DSCA and other U.S.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a related SC field is required.
10+ years of operational, strategic, and planning SC experience preferred.
US Citizenship with active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain; Tier 3 background check preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver graduate-level instruction on Security Cooperation strategy, policy, and planning.
Serve as class manager to ensure effective course delivery and adherence to standards.
Support curriculum design, course execution, student support, and accreditation compliance.
Develop and update course materials to align with DoD, DSCA, and DSCU guidance.
Coordinate content with DSCU leadership to ensure consistency and currency.
Provide mentoring, assessment, and performance feedback to students.
