Job summary

A technology solutions firm is seeking a Security Control Assessor (SCA) to evaluate security controls within Information Systems for a contract with the Air Force. This role requires extensive experience in system security assessments, knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF), and a current Top Secret clearance. The SCA will support security assessments and recommend corrective actions for identified vulnerabilities within the organization's operational area.

Qualifications

• 10 years of related experience required; 9 years highly desired.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SAP, SCI or Collateral IS Security.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessment of security controls in an Information System.
• Provide an assessment of weaknesses or deficiencies in the IS.
• Evaluate IS threats and vulnerabilities to determine additional safeguards.
• Prepare the Security Assessment Report (SAR) for the authorization boundary.
• Assist the Government with security incidents related to cybersecurity.
