Zusammenfassung

KBR is seeking a Security Control Assessor Representative (SCAR) to join our team. The SCAR will assess security controls, develop remediation plans, and support A&A packages to ensure DoD compliance and risk reduction across TRMC and RDT&E environments.

Ideal candidates bring RMF experience, DoD cybersecurity knowledge, and strong collaboration with the TRMC Cybersecurity Team Lead to implement audit processes and risk-based improvements.

Qualifikationen

• SME with proven RMF experience and DoD security controls assessment.
• Experience with cybersecurity in the RDT&E community.
• Experience conducting RMF security risk assessments for approvals.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanners and identifying vulnerabilities.

Aufgaben

• Conduct in-depth assessments of management, operations, and technical security controls.
• Analyze info and prepare reports detailing vulnerability levels and data risk.
• Develop plans to address vulnerabilities and monitor security of networks.
• Develop and implement independent audit processes for software/networks/systems.
• Review POAMs, SARs, SAPs and support audits to ensure compliance.
• Provide RMF guidance to system engineers and program managers on risk.
