Job summary

Alteryx, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives across Information Security. The role partners with Engineering, Legal, Product, and IT to maintain integrated plans and governance, surfacing risks and decisions.

You will drive alignment, manage cadences, tracking, and executive reporting while translating objectives into executable programs across identity, access, vulnerability, and data protection domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex security, privacy, risk, or enterprise IT programs.
• Experience establishing governance, portfolio planning, OKRs, risk management, and exec reporting.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven prioritization and dashboard-based decision making.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve planning, execution, and operational efficiency.
• Certifications in program management or security (PMP/SAFe/ Scrum / cloud certs) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
• Coordinate initiatives across IAM, vulnerability management, data protection, and compliance.
• Partner with leaders across Security, IT, Infrastructure, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Privacy.
• Establish operating cadences, reviews, and executive status reporting.
• Track risks, blockers, and dependencies with clear ownership and decisions.
• Translate objectives into coordinated execution plans without displacing accountability.
• Facilitate cross-functional decisions on scope, schedule, quality, and resources.
• Document outcomes and ensure follow-through.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for visibility to teams and leaders.
• Strengthen organizational memory with reliable records of decisions and actions.
• Improve execution through scalable processes, AI-enabled workflows, and continuous improvement.
