Job summary

Amazon Leo for Government (ALG) seeks a Sr. Manager, Security Industry Specialist to lead security assurance programs for DoD and IC government customers, ensuring compliance across a portfolio of sites and programs.

The role requires a US citizen with active TS/SCI clearance, strong leadership, and the ability to design, document, and implement accreditation packages and security SOPs while partnering with internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• Experience working with security and engineering teams.
• 8+ years of security-related professional, or 10+ years of security-related professional experience.
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.
• Experience with NISPOM, NISP and hands on DSS/DCSA Security Vulnerability Assessments.
• Bachelor's degree or five years of Security Specialist security experience.
• Current DCSA FSO Certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve security assurance programs to meet DoD/IC compliance for ALG sites and programs.
• Develop and maintain security compliance frameworks aligned to government directives.
• Author and coordinate security accreditation packages and security plans.
• Serve as SME on industrial security compliance for ALG and advise leadership.
• Inspect facilities per ICD-705 and enforce Amazon security SOPs.
• Lead a dispersed team of Security Officers and travel to ALG facilities as needed.
