Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant - Security for AWS ProServe. You will design, implement, and secure complex AWS solutions, guiding customers through migration and risk mitigation while mentoring team members. The role emphasizes security controls, best practices, and large-scale cloud engagements.

Required are strong cloud architecture skills and hands-on incident response expertise, with a track record in security leadership across diverse client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 1+ years in advanced incident response to lead response efforts including leading detection and analysis efforts and managing eradication processes.
• 5+ years of experience with security services and best practices including: implementing security controls and optimizing security measures.
• 3+ years of scripting language, or 2+ years of customer facing IT role or physical security systems/infrastructure work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
