Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a BE&I Senior Consultant to deliver physical security risk management, strategy, and program design for clients across built environment sectors. The role involves project management, client engagement, and business development support, with opportunities across major U.S.

cities including Chicago, New York, Washington, DC, Houston, and Los Angeles. You will work with diverse teams to translate risk insights into practical, technically informed security solutions,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in corporate security, risk management or built environment roles, ideally with a focus on physical security.
• Familiar with security risk management, CPTED, design basis threat, secure-by-design concepts and UFC criteria.
• Experience delivering consulting reports, client presentations, workshops and site surveys.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services by developing practical security solutions.
• Plan, deliver, and support projects across assessments, design, and implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to reflect priorities and threat context in security recommendations.
• Support client relationships, proposals, marketing materials, and business development.
