Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to join the Global Emerging Technologies Security Team in the United States. The role focuses on vulnerability management, software development, and security automation across containers, APIs, and AI/ML areas.

You will design scalable security architectures, lead risk-based remediation efforts, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to meet remediation SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 6 to 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, software development and security automation.
• Advanced coding skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent to develop automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and scale automation scripts to improve vulnerability detection, tracking, and remediation.
• Design custom API integrations between container/API scanning tools and ITSM platforms to automate security workflows.
• Implement security automation playbooks to reduce manual efforts and accelerate response times.
• Build security solutions leveraging COTS tools to streamline vulnerability scanning and reporting.
• Lead vulnerability management alongside container/API security initiatives and mentor junior analysts.
