This leadership role owns the design and execution of the Zero Trust and cyber resiliency strategy across the enterprise. The successful candidate will drive security across OT, networks, endpoints, cloud, data, and AI environments, ensuring every user, device, workload, and dataset is continuously verified and protected while enabling secure digital transformation

Qualifications

• 15+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience in global enterprises
• Experience implementing Zero Trust strategy and architecture in complex environments
• Strong background in multi-cloud and hybrid environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large programs

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise Zero Trust strategy, reference architecture, roadmap, and priorities
• Embed Zero Trust controls across OT, networks, endpoints, cloud, applications, and data
• Lead security for AI, data, apps, and secure SDLC
• Own security strategy for OT/manufacturing and regulatory compliance
• Define and implement network segmentation and micro-segmentation
