Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Sr. Manager, Security Architecture and Zero Trust to lead the enterprise Zero Trust and cyber resiliency strategy from a NJ/FL/IN/PA/RK location.

You will oversee OT, networks, cloud, AI, data, and applications ensuring continuous verification and protection of users, devices, and datasets. This role drives secure digital transformation for a standalone DePuy Synthes future.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience across OT, network, endpoint, cloud and data security.
• Proven track record defining and executing Zero Trust in large global enterprises.
• Experience leading cyber resiliency, BCP/DR, and incident recovery programs.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise Zero Trust strategy, reference architecture, roadmaps and priorities.
• Embed Zero Trust controls across OT, networks, endpoints, cloud, data, and identity.
• Lead security for AI/ML, secure SDLC, API security, and model integrity.
• Own security strategy for OT/manufacturing with regulatory compliance.
• Define network segmentation and micro-segmentation to reduce lateral movement.
• Lead endpoint security across managed/unmanaged devices with EDR/XDR.
• Own multi-cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP with automated policy enforcement.
• Lead enterprise email security and protection against phishing and BEC.
• Drive cyber and operational resilience, including disaster recovery and incident readiness.
• Build and lead a global cybersecurity team and partner with executives.
