Job summary

In this lead individual-contributor role, you will set technical direction, own complex security designs and standards, guide implementation across security platforms and services, and serve as a trusted security partner for major technology initiatives. Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, implementing and improving enterprise information security solutions.
• Leads security architecture and engineering decisions across platforms or domains.
• Deep expertise in endpoint security, cloud security, SIEM/logging, and more.
• Experience leading incident response and enterprise remediation efforts.
• Strong knowledge of security architecture principles, policies, and risk practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, implementation, and improvement of security platforms.
• Establish standards, baselines, reference designs and runbooks.
• Serve as security engineering lead for complex projects and translate requirements.
• Provide ownership for endpoint protection, PAM, cloud security, log management, and encryption.
• Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, and security testing for new solutions.
• Maintain security tools per standards and baselines.
• Provide senior support for complex incidents and post-incident improvements.
• Coordinate vulnerability-management engineering and remediation efforts.
• Partner with infrastructure, applications, cloud, audit, and business teams to embed security in SDLC.
• Evaluate emerging threats and technologies; present options to leadership.
• Lead medium-to-large security initiatives; mentor engineers and promote best practices.
• Develop measures for security control health and continuous improvement.
