Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in 3+ years in a support & operations or design & engineering role in security tech areas.
• Must have 3+ years of top-tier support across multiple information security areas.

Responsibilities

• Provides trouble resolution on complex problems and leads implementations for system and network security technologies.
• Develops testing plans to ensure quality of implementation.
• Coordinates and reports data security events and incidents.
• Provides system and network architecture support for security technologies.
• Leads capacity analysis and performs complex configuration changes.
