Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Analyst to support BISOs in day-to-day security work across enterprise units in San Francisco. You will help track risks, coordinate deliverables, and prepare materials for stakeholder reviews to keep engagements credible.

You won't make risk-acceptance calls; you will make work visible and actionable, owning the operational rhythm that underpins trust in security programs and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting or a large corporate environment with a complex IT environment.
• Solid knowledge of security internal control methodologies (COSO) and CSF terminology.
• Ability to identify security risks and develop corresponding controls.
• Experience implementing and testing controls based on NIST SP 800-53.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate, prioritized risk register for assigned business units.
• Track risk buy-down commitments and flag slippage to BISOs.
• Prepare recurring stakeholder materials (status decks and dashboards) under BISO direction.
• Coordinate meetings between BISOs, business units, and specialist teams; capture actions and drive follow-up.
