Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior BISO to lead product security programs across SaaS and on‑prem services. You will drive risk reduction, engage executive stakeholders, and guide security initiatives across business units with deep technical expertise.

With 10+ years in information security and 5–10 years in leadership, you bring cloud, network, and application security strengths, plus familiarity with SOX/NIST/ISO controls and third‑party risk management. CISSP/CISM valuable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security with leadership experience
• Deep knowledge across cloud, network, app security, and third-party risk
• Familiar with SOX, NIST CSF, ISO 27001/2 and CIS Controls
• Certifications like CISSP or CISM highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations and business risk for business units
• Prioritize, optimize, and track security backlog for product engineering
