Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a Security Operations Analyst for remote work with occasional travel to client sites. You will support SOC operations, monitor security events, and respond to incidents using MITRE ATT&CK as a guiding framework.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in security monitoring, incident response, and dashboard/reporting, plus relevant certifications. This role requires flexibility for travel and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT/security or 4+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years working with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• At least 2 years creating security dashboards and reports.
• Minimum 2 years in security monitoring and incident response.
• 2+ years supporting large-scale SOC environments.
• Advanced security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISO) or equivalent.
• Additional certifications (CEH, OSCP, GPEN) are a plus.

We are seeking a skilled Security Operations Analyst to support Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, security monitoring, incident response, threat analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with the MITRE ATT&CK framework, SOC operations, and security monitoring tools, with exposure to Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM/XDR being a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field. Alternatively, 4+ years of relevant professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• At least 2 years of experience creating security dashboards and generating reports.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security monitoring and incident response.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting large-scale Security Operations Center (SOC) environments.
• Advanced security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISO, or equivalent credentials.
• Additional industry-recognized security certifications, such as CEH, OSCP, or GPEN.
