Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Raleigh, North Carolina seeks an Analyst in Technology to administer Palo Alto firewall management using Panorama, configure device groups, templates, and policy deployments, and support GlobalProtect. The role focuses on maintaining secure, high‑performing networks in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Palo Alto firewall management with Panorama and GlobalProtect.
• Strong ITIL change management practices and ServiceNow usage.
• PCNSE certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer centralized firewall management using Panorama, including device groups, templates, policy deployment, and configuration management.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of connectivity, packet drops, asymmetric routing, application access, NAT, VPN, and firewall performance issues.
• Analyze traffic, threat, URL, system, configuration, and Global Protect logs to perform root-cause analysis.
• Plan and execute PAN-OS upgrades, content updates, configuration changes, firewall migrations, and maintenance activities.
• Work with network, SOC, infrastructure, application, cloud, and security teams during major incidents and complex service-impacting issues.
• Own L3 escalations from L1/L2 teams and drive problems through technical resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
