GuidePoint Security LLC in the United States seeks an experienced IAM strategy professional to lead assessment engagements, delivering current state analyses, future state recommendations, and maturity roadmaps for diverse clients. You will run discovery across IGA, AM, PAM, and IdV, producing executive-ready deliverables that translate complex IAM concepts into clear business value.

The role supports presales and vendor selection, with travel as needed and remote work flexibility.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Leads structured IAM assessment engagements for small and medium-sized businesses across multiple industries, delivering comprehensive current state analysis, future state recommendations, maturity enhancements, and strategic roadmaps
• Facilitates discovery sessions to evaluate client environments across IGA, AM, PAM, and Identity Verification (IdV) domains
• Develops polished, executive-ready deliverables that address people, process, and technology recommendations
• Serves as a trusted advisor during the presales process, identifying and aligning the right IAM services to client needs
• Supports clients through vendor selection and helps define a clear path forward for IAM program improvements
• Collaborates with internal teams to continuously develop and refine assessment methodology and service offerings
• Contributes to thought leadership through development of reusable frameworks, templates, and best practice content
• Embraces emerging technologies, including AI tools, to work smarter, solve problems, and drive better business outcomes
• Some light travel (10%) may be required for annual CKO, Regional IAM events, regional corp event support (GPSEC), etc

Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience in IAM strategy, governance, and advisory services spanning IGA, AM, PAM, and IdV
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to create and present compelling, executive-level deliverables
• Experience conducting IAM maturity assessments and developing strategic roadmaps
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across technical and business audiences
• 4-5 years of experience supporting presales engagements, scoping complex IAM projects, and developing statements of work
• Deep understanding of IAM industry standards, frameworks, and best practices including NIST, ISO, and OWASP
• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage a remote work environment and work independently
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex IAM concepts into clear business value and risk language for executive audiences

Preferred :

• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
• Familiarity with IAM-related compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative advisory approaches and presentation styles that clearly communicate complex IAM concepts to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with common IAM vendor landscapes to support objective vendor selection guidance

Education :

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field
