By taking a three-tiered, holistic approach to evaluating security posture and ecosystems, GuidePoint enables top organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and U.S. government agencies, to identify threats, optimize resources, and implement solutions that mitigate risk.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop new solutions to enhance advisory value for customers
• Lead IAM assessment discovery sessions to explore custom IGA, AM, and PAM processes
• Utilize discovery information to create assessments with recommendations and roadmaps
• Assist clients in vendor selection processes
• Serve as a trusted advisor during presales to identify services that best meet client needs

Qualifications:

• Over seven years of hands-on experience designing, architecting, and building IAM solutions across various technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and presentations
• Experience leading technical architecture and security design discussions
• Proven track record in complex technical deployment projects and stakeholder management
• 4-5 years of experience in scoping and sizing complex projects
• 4-5 years responding to RFPs and developing statements of work
• Knowledge of IAM industry standards and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar IAM vendor certifications

Educational/Certifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related fields
