KBR Wyle Services, LLC. is seeking an Assistant Contractor Special Security Officer – Lead Specialist to join our Beavercreek, OH security team.

The role focuses on managing SCI and SAP security programs, adherence to DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, and IC standards, and guiding employees and stakeholders on security requirements. Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Minimum 4-8 years of relevant DoD/IC/security experience.
• Ability to interpret customer and business requirements and develop effective security solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with CSSO to execute security programs with contractually-imposed requirements.
• Serve as alternate security official for SAP and SCI programs.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs for SCIF/SAPF operations.
• Ensure ICD 705 technical specifications for facility construction and accreditation.
• Support RMF-based information assurance and classified systems accreditation.
• Oversee physical security programs including alarms and access controls.
• Conduct self-inspections and vulnerability assessments with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with SSO/PSO for facility accreditation and audits.
• Certify SAP/SCI accesses for visitors and subcontractors.
• Develop SETA programs for SAP/SCI requirements.
• Maintain visitor control and detailed security records.
