Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) seeks an experienced Activity Security Representative III to support a customer facility in Lorton, VA.

The role emphasizes day-to-day handling of Collateral, SCI and SAP activities, including mail processing, documentation control, badge creation, and data transfers. Candidates should have 5–7 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and DoD SAPNP training.

Qualifications

Five (5) to Seven (7) years related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent (4 years) experience.
Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training (if performing personnel security functions).
Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility and SAP access qualifications.

Responsibilities

Provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer’s facility and organization.
Day-to-day support for Collateral, SCI and SAP activities.
Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
Maintain logs and databases for document control and billets.
Assist with facility access control, badges, and visitor logs.
Prepare, process, and review Program Access Requests (PARs).
Conduct DCID/JAFAN compliant security inspections and data transfers.
Lead team members and provide mentoring and quality assurance.
