STRS Ohio seeks a Securities Trader, Senior Securities Trader, or Senior Securities Trader, International to join the Investment/Domestic Equity team. The role involves executing global currency, equity and equity derivative trades and assisting in international trading initiatives, under the Head Trader.

You will work onsite 8:00am-5:00pm, collaborate with the TCA vendor to optimize execution costs, and contribute to long-term fund performance for Ohio educators.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in business, economics, finance or related field.
• Three or more years equity trading experience required; five years preferred.
• Five to ten years equity trading experience preferred; ten years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute purchases and sales of global currency, equity and equity derivative securities and help develop trading strategies.
• Support senior traders and international portfolio managers in executing international trades.
• Coordinate with TCA vendor to analyze activity, allocate order flow, and optimize commissions and execution costs.
