ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC's Securities Litigation & Enforcement Practice Group in Boston seeks a Senior Associate Attorney to handle sophisticated securities matters, shareholder disputes, and regulatory investigations for public companies, financial institutions, and executives. Hybrid role with opportunities across the firm's national platform.

You will join a premier team known for high-stakes securities class actions and governance disputes, with significant courtroom exposure and mentorship

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts, New York or California in good standing.
• 4-7 years of substantive securities litigation experience.
• Extensive experience litigating securities matters in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex securities class actions, shareholder litigation, and related disputes.
• Defend public companies, boards, officers, directors, and financial institutions in high-stakes securities litigation matters.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and appellate filings in federal and state courts.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review, witness preparation, and deposition strategy.
• Handle matters involving shareholder derivative actions, fiduciary duty claims, and corporate governance disputes.
• Assist clients responding to shareholder demands, internal investigations, and related litigation risks.
• Support clients facing SEC investigations, enforcement actions, and parallel regulatory proceedings.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and strategic resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with attorneys across litigation, corporate, white collar, investigations, and regulatory practice groups.
• Conduct sophisticated legal analysis involving securities laws and governance.
