Job summary

AECOM seeks an experienced Secure Facilities Technical Engineer – Mission Critical & Secure Facilities to lead design and execution of secure facilities for federal clients. You will translate ICD 705, SCIF, SAPF, OSS, TEMPEST criteria into constructible architectural and engineering solutions and support CONUS/OCONUS projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related building design or technical discipline with 10+ years of experience, including leadership and federal secure facilities experience.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting ICD 705, SCIF, SAPF, OSS, TEMPEST, and related secure facility requirements.
• Active ability to pass background checks and U.S. citizenship due to federal contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead secure facility design and execution, interpreting ICD 705, SCIF, SAPF, OSS, TEMPEST criteria.
• Translate security requirements into construction drawings, specifications, and constructible details.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and government stakeholders throughout design and construction phases.
• Support construction, including submittals reviews, RFIs, and site inspections, ensuring security requirements are met.
