Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Operational Program Manager to oversee a state program's operations and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability targets.

You will serve as the primary contact for the state client, ensure contract and regulatory compliance, lead cross-functional teams toward strategic objectives, and perform other duties as assigned; a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience are required with active secret clearance; contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 10+ years of professional experience.
• Active secret clearance at minimum is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Project's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability targets.
• Act as the primary contact for the state client.
• Ensure program operations comply with contract requirements and applicable regulations.
• Lead project teams to achieve operational and performance goals.
• Review reports and analyses to ensure objectives are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
