• Set goals and objectives for Project Manager aligned with overall strategy.
• Supervise project administration including budget controls and HR processes.
• Plan and schedule priorities to achieve operational and performance goals.
• Review reports to ensure program objectives are met.
• Lead internal audits, forecasting, and modeling exercises as needed.
• Manage operational managers, provide mentoring and development guidance.
• Demonstrate proactive leadership to meet corporate goals and program objectives.
