Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Senior Supply Tech to lead SECREP management for MARFORRES and coordinate site activities across multiple Marine Corps locations. The role validates data, maintains inventory accountability, and provides expert logistics guidance to government personnel.

The position requires the ability to develop reports, briefs, and communications for site leadership while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education/training/experience.
• 5–6 years managing day-to-day contractor operations for military reparable activities.
• 5–6 years inventory management, distribution, stock positioning, sourcing, planning, and execution.
• 5–6 years managing supply and maintenance transactions.
• 5–6 years warehouse-management experience.
• 3–5 years managing fiscal requirements and functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level SECREP program objectives and coordinate activities.
• Validate SECREP management data at the site.
• Apply laws, policies, regulations, and precedents to logistics planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate site inventory records.
• Ensure proper asset issue/receipt procedures.
• Redistribute assets between sites per approvals.
• Provide expert SECREP advisory to government customers.
• Develop and deliver weekly site SECREP status reports.
• Lead development of site briefs and program communications.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports supporting program objectives.
• Perform duties typical of a site lead supporting co-located Marine Corps customers.
